<br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to complete <br />the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent <br />domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />to acquire the property set forth above under the statutes of the State of <br />Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed and directed to take <br />such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich , and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />)ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the <br />26th day of May, 1966, with the original on file in my office, and the <br />same is a full, true and complete transcript thereof insofar as the same <br />relates to a resolution regarding the taking of certain land by the power of <br />eminent domain. <br /> <br />WITNESS, my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this 26th day of May, 1966. <br /> <br />x;:; , ~ <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
