<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 13 ,1966. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />June 13 ,1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the folloWing members were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1540 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 5, 1964 I the Village Council, <br />hereinafter called the Village, and the Roseville Water Company, <br />hereinafter called the Company, entered into an agreement for the <br />purchase of the water system of said Company, and <br /> <br />Wl":IEREAS, on March 14, 1966, the Village Council <br />adopted a resolution which contained two exhibits, Exhibit A and <br />Exhibit B, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the names and addresses on Exhibit A were <br />lists of accounts that the Village intended to credit to the Water <br />Company for the total amount, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an error occurred in the listing of Exhibit <br />A attached to said resolution, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS I the Village is anxious to clear up their account <br />with the Company as soon as possible, and the Village now desires <br />to attempt to collect all the accounts submitted to it by the Company, <br />
