<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. It is acknowledged by the Village Council <br />that one Dries Elbers of 2772 North Churchill, has paid his water <br />bill owed to the Water Company. <br /> <br />2. All those persons named in Exhibit B of <br />Resolution No. 1490 adopted March 14, 1966, will be billed by <br />the Village of Roseville for money owed the Roseville Water <br />Company prior to the take over by the Village. <br /> <br />3. In addition to the bills by the Village for <br />delinquent accounts owed to the Company, the Village will also <br />bill the following for delinquent connection charges: <br /> <br />Warren Brennan <br />3093 North Churchill <br /> <br />$852.00 <br /> <br />Neal King <br />2961 North Chatsworth <br /> <br />$810.00 <br /> <br />4. The Village Manager is instructed to impose <br />the water bills of all those shown in Exhibit B, together with the two <br />additional ones mentioned in this Resolution, on their present water <br />bills. In the event any of those delinquent accounts are paid, the <br />Village will credit the Water Company with these accounts. <br /> <br />5. It is further determined that the obligations <br />between the Village of Roseville and the Roseville Water Company <br />now are as follows: <br /> <br />Withheld pursuant to Resolution No. 1490 <br />dated March 14, 1966, $2, 616.00 <br /> <br />Less $20.00 credit for Dries Elbers. <br /> <br />N ow being withheld <br /> <br />$2,596.00 <br /> <br />6. <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />In the event any parties listed on Exhibit B of <br />1490 make payments for the connection charge, <br /> <br />-2- <br />
