Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota July 11, 1966 A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on July 11, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following Trustees were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Trustee Curley * * * * * * * * * Member Graue 1 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1570 RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF THE EXPENSE THEREOF TO BE PAID BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND THE AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED, AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The Village has heretofore instituted, ordered and contracted for the construction of storm sewer improvements numbered 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9, pursuan~ to and in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The proceedings for each of said improvements were instituted in 1965. The proceedings for each of said improvements having been effectively instituted at substantially the same dates, and all such improvements having now been substantially com- pleted or being near completion and the cost thereof having been ascertained, it is hereby determined that all of said improvements, although separately instituted, can be more economically completed if consolidated and joined as one project for the purpose of further proceedings; inasmuch as it is desirable that a single assessment roll should be pre- pared in order to advise the owner of each parcel ofl:he total
