<br />amount proposed to be assessed upon such parcel for benefits <br />conferred thereon by any of such improvements. Pursuant to <br />the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, <br />the future proceedings for these separate imfr ovements are <br />hereby consolidated, and henceforth all proceedings shall be <br />conducted in all respects as if the various separate pro- <br />ceedings had originally been instituted as one proceeding. <br /> <br />2. It is further determined that the amount of the <br />total expense of said consolidated improvements which the <br />Village of Roseville shall pay, other than any amount which <br />it will pay as a property owner, is $ 1,491,920 , and that the <br />amoun~ to be assessed upon benefited properties, within the <br />areas heretofore dete~ined to be specially benefited by said <br />consolidated iJlprovem.ents, is $ 736,296 <br /> <br />3. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the en9ineers <br />heretofore selected by the Council for the planning and super- <br />vision of said consolidated improvements, shall forthwith <br />calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed therefor <br />against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, without <br />regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.051. When completed, the <br />proposed assessment roll shall be filed with the Clerk and <br />shall be open to pU.lic inspection, and the Clerk shall present <br />the same to this Council at its next meeting thereafter, for <br />such further action as may then be deemed necessary and ex- <br />pedient. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken~thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution ~s declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
