<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 18 , 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July <br />1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curtey, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the folloWing members were absent: <br />Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. liTh.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, has <br />undertaken an improvement known as Improvement No. 66-11 which <br />consists, among other things, of the construction of certain sewers; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project known as <br />Project 1 of Area I of Improvement 66-11 necessitates the excavation <br />of part of Dale Street now under the authority of Ramsey County, and <br />it is necessary to excavate Dale Street at or near its intersection with <br />Belmont to install a 42-inch storm sewer and 12-inch sanitary sewer <br />main with the necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />W"'dEREAS, it is necessary to the Village of Roseville to <br />obtain the permission of Ramsey County to do said excavating of Dale <br />Street; and <br /> <br />W"'dEREAS, said improvement will benefit both right-of-ways <br />now under the jurisdiction of the Village of Roseville and Ramsey County, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
