1. Upon the granting of permission of Ramsey County to the Village of Roseville to excavate Dale Street at or near its intersection with Belmont Lane for the installation of storm and sanitary sewers as set forth above, the Village of Hoseville will restore Dale Street to its original condition prior to the excavation, and will pay all costs of any damage to Dale Street by reason of said sewer installation, dur- ing the period from the actual excavation to September 1, 1968. 2. This Resolution is adopted and will be binding upon the Village of Roseville upon the granting of the permit by Ramsey County, and will constitute a contract. This Resolution is given in lieu of a Surety Bond previously requested by Ramsey County. 3. The Village Manager of the Village of Hoseville is further instructed to certify a copy of this Resolution and deliver same to the office of the Ramsey County Engineer.
