NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County is hereby requested by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville to initiate proceedings to establish a water shed district for the entire area now drained by Rice Creek; and is urged to contact the County Boards of Washington County, Anoka County and Hennepin County, to join in this petition to establish said water shed district; 2. The Village Manager of the Village of Roseville is hereby instructed to certify a copy of this Resolution and deliver the same to the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County, and to request the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County to place this matter on their agenda for their next regular meeting. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being held thereon, the said Resolution was unanimously passed.
