NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient that an easement over the property described below be acquired by said Village by condemnation under the power of eminent domain, all of said property being situated in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, and all of the six (6) parcels of land are as set forth in Exhibit "A" and attached to this Resolution and considered a part of it. That the estate to be acquired in the property described above is a perpetual easement for the purpose of construction, maintaining and operating storm sewer lines, pipes and appur- tenances, together with ingress and egress, all without further compensation. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to institute the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property hereinabove described under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and the said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following vo~ed against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
