<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 15, 1966 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the village Hall on August 15, 1966, at <br /> <br />7.30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following Trustees were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the -following reeolu- <br /> <br />tioD and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1586 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />NUMBERED 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER <br />ZMPROVEMENTS 66-14 AND 66-15, 66-11, 65-43 AND 65-37, <br />DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF THE EXPENSE THEREOF TO BE <br />PAID BY THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND THE AMOUNT TO <br />BE ASSESSED, AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF AN <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Village has heretofore instituted, ordered and con- <br />tracted for the construction of storm sewer improvements numbered <br />65-7, 65-8, 65-9, Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements 66-14 and <br />66-15, 66-11, 65-43 and 65-37, pursuant to and in accordance with <br />the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
