<br />substantially the same dates, and all such improvements having now <br />been substantially completed or being near completion and the cost <br />thereof having been ascertained, it is hereby determined that all <br />of said improvements, although separately instituted, can be more <br />economically completed if consolidated and joined as one project <br />for the purpose of further proceedings; inasmuch as they join each <br />other and partially overlap. Pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the future proceedings for these <br />separate improvements are hereby consolidated, and henceforth all <br />proceedings shall be conducted in all respects as if the various <br />separate proceedings had originally been instituted as one proceeding. <br /> <br />2. It is further determined that the amount of the total expense <br />of said consolidated improvements which the Village of Roseville <br />shall pay, other than any amount which it will pay as a property <br />owner, is $ 1,491,920 , and that the amount to be assessed <br />upon benefited properties, within the areas heretofore determined to <br />be specially benefited by said consolidated improvements, is <br />$ 736,296 . <br /> <br />3. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the engineers <br />heretofore selected by the Council for the planning and supervision <br />of said consolidated improvements, shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper amount to be specially assessed therefor against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, without regard to cash <br />valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.051. When completed, the proposed assessment roll shall <br />be filed with the Clerk and shall be open to public inspection, and <br />the Clerk shall present the same to this Council at its next <br />meeting thereafter, for such further action as may then be deemed <br />necessary and expedient. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
