<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~nnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1596 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />65-35 DECIARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street ~provement No. <br />65-35 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 7.286.00 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 836.73 so that the total cost: <br />of the improvement will be $ 8.122.73, . and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ -0- as its share of the <br />cost from levies or other sources such as state aids, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
