<br />l. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 8,122.73 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk, together with the assistance of <br />the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal cODsultaat, <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for suCh improvement against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without <br />regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a <br />copy of such proposed assessment in his office for pUblic <br />inspection. The Village Clerk may arrange for the assistance <br />of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of Ramsey in <br />the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3.
