<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 21, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 21, 1966, <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />tlayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Re sol ution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Lutheran Church owns real property with <br />the post office address of 1965 Fernwood in the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the public that Fernwood <br />Street be widened and established as a street to carry substantial <br />vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the event the Roseville Lutheran Church dedicated <br />part of its property to the public use for the widening of Fernwood Street, <br />it would be an undue hardship to the Roseville Lutheran Church unless a <br />variance were granted to the Roseville Lutheran Church to allow it to build <br />a building closer than allowed by the present Building Code, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLWWS: <br />
