<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, NOVEMBER 28, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, November 28, 1966, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1687 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NOS. <br />66-31, 66-32 and 66-33 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the village engineer to <br />prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed <br />improvement consisting of the installation of water main and <br />appurtenances, sanitary sewer, and hot mix paving and concrete curb and <br />gutter together with any necessary drainage appurtenances as described <br />in the notice set forth below, and the estimated cost thereof, and as <br />to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submitted by the engineer and considered by the Council and are <br />hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />clerk. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set <br />forth in the report is designated as Improvement Nos. 66-31, 66-32 and <br />66-33. <br />
