<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 12, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 12, 1966 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Members Curley I Goodrich, Grauel and Shields; <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1690 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A SECTION OF IONA LANE IN <br />ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS I a petition signed by a majority of the land <br />owners adjoining the section of public thoroughfare known as lona Lane <br />and legally described hereinafter has been submitted to the Village Council; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to motion made and passed by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, setting the time for a public <br />hearing on such vacation for December 12, 1966 at 7:30 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers of the Village of Roseville Village Hall, and a public <br />hearing wa s duly and regularly held; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVlLLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That portion of public thoroughfare as hereinafter set forth <br />is hereby vacated as a public thoroughfare, said section hereby vacated <br />being legally described as follows, to-wit: <br />
