<br />A road easement for Iona Lane on and across the <br />Northerly 33 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (S.E.l/4 of S.W.l/4) of Section <br />One (1), Township Twenty Nine (29) North, Range <br />Twenty-three (23) West, except the Easterly 148 feet <br />thereof, and except the Westerly 323.8 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Iona Lane as dedicated on the plat entitled Willmus <br />Estates Plat No.1, being a strip of land 35 feet in <br />width from Western Avenue to a point 115 feet West <br />of the West line of Western Avenue and adjoining the <br />Northerly line of the Southeast Quarter (S. E. l/4)of <br />the Southwest Quarter (S. W. l/4) of Section One (1), <br />Township Twenty-Nine West (29 W.), Range Twenty- <br />three (23) West, all lying and being in Ramsey County, <br />M inne sota . <br /> <br />That said vacation is subject to, and the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, retains an easement over, under and across said right-of- <br />way for storm, sewers, sanitary sewers, utility mains and power lines, <br />together with ingre s sand egre s s thereto, without additional co st to <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being held thereon, <br />all members present voted in favor thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
