<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 12, 1966. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the Village Hall in said Village on December 12, 1966, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Cur ley, Graue 1 J Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1692 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TO <br />PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT AND RELOCATION OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY DITCH NO.4 BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD "C" AND <br />HIGHWAY 36, AND COUNTY ROAD IIC-2 II AND THE OUTLET <br />INTO LAKE JOHANNA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Ditch No. 4 between <br />County Road "CII and State Trunk Highway 36, and County <br />Road IIC-2" and the outlet into Lake Johanna lies wholly <br />within the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said area of County Ditch No. 4 <br />is presently inadequate for the disposition of surface <br />waters intended for it, and <br />
