<br />WHEREAS, present improvements in the <br />surrounding area and proposed future improvements <br />indicate the desirability for relocation of Ramsey <br />County Ditch No. 4 as stated above, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Laws 1957, Chapter 682 <br />provides for a Village to petition Ramsey County for <br />improvement and relocation of ditches, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council believes <br />it necessary and desirable for Ramsey County Ditch <br />No. 4 within the area stated above to be so improved <br />and relocated, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORET BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Iv The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized <br />to petition Ramsey County, in behalf of the Village of <br />Roseville, for an Order improving and relocating Ramsey <br />County Ditch No. 4 between the public right of ways of <br />County Road IICII and State Trunk Highway 36, and County <br />Road IIC-2" and the outlet into Lake Johanna; to appoint <br />Banister Engineering Company, 310 North Snelling Avenue, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, as engineers and for said Company <br />to file a report pursuant to law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />of the foregoing <br />Goodrich , <br />following voted <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
