<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1717 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, HELD <br />December 19, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 19th day of <br /> <br />December, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, Grauel <br /> <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Goodrich <br /> <br />The Village Clerk - Manager presented an affidavit showing <br /> <br />publication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement Nos. 66-31, <br /> <br />66-32, and 66-33 in accordance with the resolution adopted November 28, <br /> <br />1966, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also exhibited a <br /> <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br /> <br />owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description of the <br /> <br />general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the <br /> <br />area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice <br /> <br />of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present were afforded <br /> <br />opportunity to be heard, and <br />
