<br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by <br />the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them, <br /> <br />were as follows: <br /> <br />L. A. Guggemos, Ban-Con, Inc., 628 4th Street, White Bear Lake- <br />Favored the improvement. <br />Mrs. William Eng, 495 Iona Lane - objected to the improvement. <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement Nos. 66-31, <br />66-32, and 66-33, 'Shields then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1717 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NOS. 66-31, 66-32, and 66-33 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTffi 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of I~pr~vement Nos. 66-31, 66-32, and 66-33 con- <br />sisting of the installation of water main and appurtenances, <br />sanitary sewer, and hot mix paving and concrete curb and gutter <br />together with any necessary drainage appurtenances within the <br />area described in the notice of hearing, at a cost presently <br />estimated to be approximately $14,383.00 , and substantially <br />in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />Village Clerk - Administrator; and having considered the views <br />of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises <br />the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement <br />shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that <br />the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include all lots <br />and parcels of land abutting on the improvements as described in <br />the notice of hearing; and that the village ngineer is hereby <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and <br />specifications for the construction of said improvement. <br />
