<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village council of theVillage of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 9th day of <br /> <br />January, 1967, at 7:30 o'cloc~ p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />1Iayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />l/lember Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1723 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON STOP,M SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville lying generally west of Fairview Avenue and nort.h of <br /> <br />Trunk Highway 36 by the improvement of existing county ditch No. 2 <br /> <br />within the Village of New Brighton from Long Lake and extending <br /> <br />approximately 10,000 feet southerly to Jones Lake in substantially <br /> <br />the same location as existing ditch No.2, the contract for such <br /> <br />improvement being by Ramsey County andthe costs being borne jointly <br /> <br />by Roseville as well as other benefited municipalities: and by the <br />
