<br />constructiDn of storm water pumping station, force main and gravity <br /> <br />storm sewer to convey ponded storm water run off from the existing <br /> <br />storm water impounding area located between Trunk Highway 36 and <br /> <br />County Road B-2 and lying west of Fulham Street, together with the <br /> <br />grading and improvement of the existing open ditch lying within the <br /> <br />right of way of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company and extending <br /> <br />from Jones Lake in New Brighton and southerly to approximately 400 <br /> <br />feet north of County Road B-2 (Terminal Road) in Roseville, and to <br /> <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> <br />the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.lll <br /> <br />(Minn. Statutes 1965). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engine.rin~ <br />Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />.. to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve- <br />ment as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />0lember Shields <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: All Dresent <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
