<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 23rd <br /> <br />day of January, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Goodrich, Grauel, <br /> <br />and Shields7 and the following was absent: Cedarholm. <br /> <br />curley introduced the fOllowing reso!ution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution Ho. .1733 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38, <br />AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a <br />proposed improvement of existing county ditch No. 2 within the <br />Village of New Brighton from Long Lake and extending approximately <br />10,000 feet southerly to Jones Lake in substantially the same <br />location as existing ditch No.2, the contract for such improvement <br />being by Ramsey County and the costs being borne jointly by <br />Roseville as well as other benefited municipalities7 and by the <br />construction of storm water pumping station, force main and gravity <br />storm sewer to convey ponded storm water run off from the existing <br />storm water impounding area located between Trunk Highway 36 and <br />County Road B-2 and lying west of Fulham Street, together with the <br />grading and improvement of the existing open ditch lying within the <br />
