<br />right of way of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company and extending <br />from Jones Lake in New Brighton and southerly to approximately 400 <br />feet north of County Road B-2 (Terminal Road) in Roseville and <br />certain gravity storm sewers l6cated on Rose Place, Eustis and <br />County ROad C, within a portion of the village, as described in the <br />notice set forth below, and the estimated cost thereof, and as to <br />whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and <br />cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered <br />by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the Clerk. The improvement proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-38, as amended. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, on February 20, 1967, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on <br />the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Ramsey <br />County Suburban Life, which publications shall be a week apart, and <br />the second publication shall be not less than three days before the <br />date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
