<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON STORM SEwt~ IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38, AS AMENDED <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington, in said village, on the 20th day of February, 1967, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 65-38, as amended consisting of the improvement of <br />existing county ditch No.2 within the Village of New Brighton from <br />Long Lake and extending approximately lO,OOO feet southerly to Jones <br />Lake in substantially the same location as existing ditch No.2, <br />the contract for such improvement being by Ramsey County and the <br />costs being borne jointly by Roseville as well as other benefited <br />municipalities 7 and by the construction of storm water pumping <br />station, force main and gravity storm sewer to convey ponded storm <br />water run off from the existing storm water impounding area located <br />between Trunk Highway 36 and County Road B-2 and lying west of <br />Fulham Street, together with the grading and improvement of the <br />existing open ditch lying within the right of way of the Minnesota <br />Transfer Railway Company and extending from Jones Lake in New <br />Brighton and southerly to approximately 400 feet north of County Road <br />B-2 (Terminal Road) in Roseville and certain gravity storm sewers <br />located on Rose Place, Eustis and County Road C7 all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $559,400. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be all that part of Sections 4, 5, 8 and 9, Township 29, <br />Range 23, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the NW corner of Section 8, thence S'ly along <br />the West line of said Section 8 approximately 5271 ft. to <br />the SW corner of said Section 87 thence E'ly along the South <br />line of said Section 8, a distance of 930 feet7 thence N'ly <br />l53 feet to a point on the East line of M.H.D. R/W (T.H. 36 and <br />I 35 W) as it now exists7 thence continuing along said M.H.D. <br />R/W line in a NElly and E'ly direction to its intersection <br />with the N-S centerline of said Section 87 thence continuing <br />along said M.H.D. RIW line in an E'ly, SE'ly and S'ly direction <br />to its intersection with theSouth line of said Section 87 <br />thence E'ly along the South line of said Section 8 and the <br />South line of Section 9 approximately 330 feet to its <br />
