<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE~ MINNESOTA~ HELD JANUARY 23, 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />a regular meeting of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on January <br />23, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Cedarho1m <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1736 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN STREETS <br />IN THE PLAT OF LEINEN HEIGHTS NO.2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the owners of <br />property abutting the following streets lying within <br />Leinen Heights No.2, according to the plat thereof: <br /> <br />Cope Avenue, Aldine Street, Lovell Avenue, <br />Roy Street, and a half street lying north <br />and adjacent to the north line of Block 5 <br />and lying west of the westerly Service <br />Drive of Trunk Highway No. 51, all lying <br />west of the Right-of-Way line of T.H. 51 <br />and north of T.H. #36, <br /> <br />have requested the Village Council by proper petition <br />to vacate such streets in accordance with the law, <br />
