<br />WHEREAS, after due publication and posted <br />notice was given by the Manager pursuant to the law <br />and the petition was referred to the Planning Commission <br />and was heard by the Planning Commission on January <br />5, 1967, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before <br />the Village Council in the Village Hall on such <br />petition on January 9, 1967, at which time all <br />persons interested were given an opportunity to <br />be heard, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for <br />the best interest of the Village to approve such <br />petition, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE~ <br />MINNESOTA~ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That such petition is hereby granted <br />and the following streets lying within Leinen Heights <br />No.2, according to the plat thereof, may be and <br />hereby are vacated as public streets: <br /> <br />Cope Avenue, Adline Street, Lovell <br />Avenue, Roy Street and a half street <br />lying north and adjacent to the north <br />line of Block 5 and lying west of the <br />westerly Service Drive of Trunk High- <br />way No. 51, all lying west of the <br />Right-of-Way line of T.H. 51 and <br />north of T.H. #36. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the <br />foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Curley , and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />
