<br />WHEREAS, there is insufficient data to <br />presently arrive at a conclusion as to the location <br />and method of financing of such a major zoological <br />garden, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville does hereby concur with the general <br />objectives of the Minnesota Zoological Society <br />as they have been indorsed and approved by the <br />Citizens League pertaining to the establishment <br />of a zoo planned and developed to serve the entire <br />metropolitan area and the State of Minnesota, <br />provided however, that this concurrence does not <br />necessarily include any presently proposed method <br />of financing or location. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Members Grauel <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />in favor of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />
