<br />After the polls close, the judges shall forthwith lock the voting <br />machines, read and announce the votes on the proposition submitted <br />as shown on the public counter. The judges shall thereafter enter <br />the results on the statements of canvass, sign the certificates required <br />by law, and deliver the statements of canvass to the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />6.
