<br />4. The Village Clerk is also authorized and directed to cause <br />ballots or ballot labels to be prepared and placed in the voting machines <br />to be used at said election. Said ballots or ballot labels shall be <br />printed in black ink on light green material in substantially the <br />following form: <br /> <br />OFFICIAL BALLOT <br />February 21, 1967 <br /> <br />(Village Clerk's facsimile signature) <br /> <br />Shall the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the <br />Village in an amount not exceeding $290,000 for the <br />purpose of providing funds for the acquisition of a <br />municipal golf course to be owned and operated by the <br />Village as a public convenience from which a revenue <br />shall be derived? <br /> <br />The voting levers shall be so arranged as to provide the voters with <br />the opportunity of voting "Yes" or "No" on such proposition. The Clerk <br />shall provide each polling place with at least two sample ballots arranged <br />in the form of a diagram showing such part of the face of the voting <br />machine as shall be in use at said election. Such sample ballots shall <br />contain suitable illustrated directions for voting on the voting machine, <br />and shall remain open to inspection by the voters throu~hout the said <br />election day. <br /> <br />A sample ballot shall also be posted in the office of the Village Clerk <br />at least four days before the election. <br /> <br />5.
