<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE1 MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 23 1 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on January 23 , 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Acting Mayor Shields, <br />Trustees Curley, C~odrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: f\1ayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1741 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT <br />DOMAIN THE PERMANENT EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN LAND <br />FOR A PUBLIC ROAD FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />AND THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE COMPLETED FOR <br />SAID PURPOSE, AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENT 66-33. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville has been advised by competent engineers <br />that it is feasible to grade, level, fill, drain, pave, <br />build, maintain and rebuild or widen a public road or <br />highway, together with such culverts, cuts or ditches <br />as may be necessary, and to construct, maintain, operate <br />and repair underground utility mains, pipes and appur- <br />tenances as a part of Improvement 66-33 forfue Village <br />of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary <br />and expedient and in the best interest of the Village <br />
