<br />and its inhabitants that the Village acquire a <br />permanent easement over and across certain land <br />for the above purpose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the statutes of the State of <br />Minnesota state that the Village has the power and <br />authority to take and acquire said property by <br />condemnation under the power of eminent domain; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it <br />necessary and expedient that the Village acquire <br />a permanent easement across the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Tract No. 1 (Easement 66-33-1) <br /> <br />The South 33 feet of the West <br />323 8/10 feet of the South 336 <br />32/100 feet of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 1, Township 29, <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minn. <br /> <br />That a permanent easement be acquired to grade, <br />level, fill, drain, pave, build, maintain and rebuild, <br />or widen a public road or highway, together with <br />such culverts, cuts or ditches as may be necessary, <br />and to construct, maintain, operate and repair under- <br />ground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances together <br />with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby <br />is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings <br />in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in <br />the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above <br />under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and <br />
