<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 23, 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the Village Hall in said Village on the 23rd day of <br />January" 1967, at 7:30 olc1ockp. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting :tvhyor Shields, <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: 'J\:!a Coo h 1 <br />! yor ar 0 m <br /> <br />Member _...C.urle.y.. introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1742 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CORRECTING AN ERRONEOUS TRANS- <br />POSITION OF FIGURES FOR TWO LOTS ON ASSESSMENT <br />ROLL FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT 62-1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 844, dated October <br />14, 1963, the Council made assessments for Water <br />ImProvement 62-1" Lots 8 and 9, Pothens Addition; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the assessment for <br />Lot 8 in said Resolution should have been the <br />assessment for Lot 9, and vice versa1 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the assessment is <br />therefore not equitable and must be corrected under <br />Minn. Stat. ~429.07l, Subsec. 3; and <br />
