<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That Resolution No. 844, dated October <br />14, 1963" is hereby amended by striking the <br />assessment under Lots 8 and 9, as they appear <br />in said Resolution" and substituting therefore <br />the following assessment: <br /> <br />Lateral Front Service Totals <br /> <br />(1) Lot 8, Pothens 72.9 ft. <br />Addition <br /> <br />$75.00 <br /> <br />$421.28 <br /> <br />(2) Lot 9" Pothens 72.9 ft. ------ $346.28 <br />Addition <br />This amendment shall take effect with the installment <br />due and payable in 1967. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon" the following <br />voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
