<br />I?e ~ 0 l.t.-Ii 0 ;J /(/) , /7 -tJ-7 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 20, 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in tne Village Hall in said Village on <br /> <br />Monday. the 20th day of February, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were presentc Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Goodrich <br /> <br />The Village Clerk - Administrator presented an affi.av1t <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />showing pUblication of notice of hearing on proposed Stor.m <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 65-38, as amended, in accordance with <br /> <br />the resoLution adopted January 23, 1967, which affidavit was <br /> <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to <br /> <br />be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also exhibited a <br /> <br />Certificate of Ma111A~ No~1ce of Hearing to all affected <br /> <br />property owners, which certificate was examined and fouad <br /> <br />to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor tnen directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br />
