After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at the pUblic hearing for Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-38, a~ amended, Mr. Shields then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No.17~7 RESOLUTION ORDERING Tf.IE CONSTRUCTION OF STROM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38, AS AMENDED PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATU'DES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of M1nneso.a Statutes, Chapter 429. the Council held a pUblic hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-38, as amended, consisting of the improvement of existing county ditch No. 2 within the Village of New Brighton from Long Lake and extending approximately 10,000 feet southerly to Jones Lake in sub- stantially the same location as existing ditch No.2, the contract for such improvement being by Ramsey County and the costs being borne jointly by Roseville as well as other benefited municipalities1 and by tne construction of storm water pumping station, force main and gravity stoxm sewer to convey ponded storm water run off from the existing stor.m water Lmpounding area located between Trunk Hignway 36 and County Road B-2 and lying west of Fulham Street, together with the grading and improvement of the existing open ditch lying within the right of way of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company and extending from Jones Lake in New Brighton and southerly to approximately 400 feet north of County Road B-2 (Terminal Road) in Rosev111e and certain gravity storm sewers located on Rose Place, Eustis and County Road C..within the area described in the notice of hearing, at a cost presently esttmated to be approximately $559~400, and substanti.ally in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk - Administrator, and having considered the views of
