<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 20, 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on February 20, <br />1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />~!ayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member ~.~ introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING TERRACE DRIVE FROM <br />HAMLINE AVENUE TO HURON STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the owners of property <br />abutting Terrace Drive from the East right-of-way <br />line of Hamline Avenue to the West right-of-way line <br />of Huron Street in Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, have requested the Village Council <br />by proper petition to vacate such street in accordance <br />with law, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after due publication and posted notice <br />was given by the Manager pursuant to law and the petition <br />was referred to the Planning Commission and was heard <br />by the Planning Commission on January 5, 1967, and <br />
