<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the <br />Village Council in the Village Hall on such petition <br />on February 13, 1967, at which time all persons <br />interested were given an opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best <br />interest of the Village to approve such petition, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That such petition is hereby granted and <br />Terrace Drive, from the East right-of-way line of <br />Hamline Avenue to the West right-of-way line of <br />Huron Street, in Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, may be and hereby is vacated as a <br />public street. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />in favor of the Resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
