<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD MARCH 13" 1967. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on March 13, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholrn. Trustees; Goodric;h~ Shields and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1772 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT <br />DOMAIN THE PERMANENT EASEMENT ACROSS AND UNDER CERTAIN <br />LAND FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING, <br />AND OPERATING UNDERGROUND STORM SEWER LINES, PIPES, <br />AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, AND THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE <br />COMPLETED FOR SAID PURPOSE, AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />65-7, 65-8, and 65-9: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville has been advised by competent engineers <br />that it is feasible to construct underground storm <br />sewer lines, pipes and appurtenances for the purpose <br />of collecting and thereafter discharging certain <br />sewer water within that portion of said Village as <br />a part of Improvements 65-7, 65-8, and 65-9 for the <br />Village of Roseville; and <br />
