<br />force main and a sewage pumping station, all to be located <br />on proposed Long Lake Road, to serve the area generally <br />bounded by County Road D, County Road C-2, New T.H. 8 <br />and Minnesota Transfer Railway RIW: <br /> <br />Improvement No. 66-28 consisting of the construction <br />of Long Lake Road between County Road C-2 and County Road D <br />which includes approximately 3100 feet of roadway con- <br />struction, necessary storm sewers and appurtenances: <br /> <br />as described in the notices set forth below, and the estimated <br />costs thereof, and as to whether such improvements should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted by <br />the engineers and considered by theCouncil and are hereby approved <br />and directed to be placed on file in the office of the clerk. <br />The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set <br />forth in the report are designated as Improvement No. 66-26, <br />Improvement No. 66-27, and Improvement No. 66-28. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on April lO, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., <br />for the purpose of holding public hearings on the proposed improve- <br />ments under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, and the clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notices of the time, place and purpose of the hearings to <br />be published twice in the official newspaper, Ramsey County <br />Suburban Life, which publications shall be a week apart, and the <br />second publication shall be not less than three days before the <br />date of the hearings. <br /> <br />3.
