force main and a sewage pumping station, all to be located on proposed Long Lake Road, to serve the area generally bounded by County Road D, County Road C-2, New T.H. 8 and Minnesota Transfer Railway RIW: Improvement No. 66-28 consisting of the construction of Long Lake Road between County Road C-2 and County Road D which includes approximately 3100 feet of roadway con- struction, necessary storm sewers and appurtenances: as described in the notices set forth below, and the estimated costs thereof, and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted by the engineers and considered by theCouncil and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the clerk. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvement No. 66-26, Improvement No. 66-27, and Improvement No. 66-28. 2. The Council shall meet at the Village Council Chambers, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, on April lO, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of holding public hearings on the proposed improve- ments under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notices of the time, place and purpose of the hearings to be published twice in the official newspaper, Ramsey County Suburban Life, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearings. 3.
