NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-26 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village CouncilChambers, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 10th day of April, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. 66-26 consisting of the construction of approximately 6400 feet of water main and necessary appurtenances on proposed Long Lake Road and private property to the east, all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $75,300. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all properties in that part of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the N l/2 of Sec. 5, T 29, R 23 and the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway R/W: thence Wily along said south line 1210 feet: thence N'ly along a line parallel to the north-south centerline of said Sec. 5 approximately 1300 feet to the SE R/W line of New T.H. 8: thence NE'ly along said SE RIW line to the north line of said Section 5: thence E'ly along said north line to the extended centerline of Raymond-Avenue; thence S'ly along said extended centerline and centerline to the south line of the N 1/2 of said Section 5: thence Wily along said south line to a point lying 1131 feet east of the north-south centerline of said Section 5; thence N'ly 445 feet; thence Wily 83.26 feet; thence NW'ly approximately 330 feet to a point on the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway RIW, said point lying 670 feet NE of the south line of the N 1/2 of said Section 5, said distance being measured along said R,Iw centerline: thence SW'ly along said RIW centerline to the south line of the N 1/2 of said Section 5, this point being the point of beginning.
