<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEtiJ.ENT NO. 66-27 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 10th day of April, 1967, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />66-27 consisting of the construction of approximately 1800 feet of <br />sanitary sewer, lOOO feet of force main and a sewage pumping <br />station, all to be located on proposed Long Lake Road, and all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $ 59,900. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement includes all properties in that part of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23 described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of the south line of <br />the N l/2 of Sec. 5, T 29, R 23 and the centerline of <br />the Minnesota Transfer Railroad R/W: thence Wily <br />along said south line l2l0 feet: thence N'ly along a <br />line parallel to the north-south centerline of said <br />Sec. 5 approximately 1300 feet to the SE R/W line of <br />New T.H. 8; thence NE'ly along said SE R,Iw line to the <br />north line of said Section 5; thence E'ly along said <br />north line to the centerline of Minnesota Transfer <br />Railway R/W: thence SW1ly along said R/W centerline to <br />the south line of the North l/2 of said Sec. 5, this <br />point being the point of beginning. <br /> <br />All pp.rsons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear <br />and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated <br />above. <br /> <br />Dated: March l3, 1967. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Richard W.
