NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEtiJ.ENT NO. 66-27 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 10th day of April, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. 66-27 consisting of the construction of approximately 1800 feet of sanitary sewer, lOOO feet of force main and a sewage pumping station, all to be located on proposed Long Lake Road, and all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $ 59,900. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all properties in that part of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the N l/2 of Sec. 5, T 29, R 23 and the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railroad R/W: thence Wily along said south line l2l0 feet: thence N'ly along a line parallel to the north-south centerline of said Sec. 5 approximately 1300 feet to the SE R/W line of New T.H. 8; thence NE'ly along said SE R,Iw line to the north line of said Section 5; thence E'ly along said north line to the centerline of Minnesota Transfer Railway R/W: thence SW1ly along said R/W centerline to the south line of the North l/2 of said Sec. 5, this point being the point of beginning. All pp.rsons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above.
