<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-28 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COUNCIL of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />270l North Lexington Avenue, on the 10th day of April, 1967, at <br />7:30 o'c1ock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />66-28 consisting of the construction of Long Lake Road between <br />County Road C-2 and County Road D which includes approximately <br />3100 feet of roadway construction, necessary storm sewers and <br />appurtenances, all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $ 193,800. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement includes all properties in that part of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23 described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the <br />N l/2 of Sec. 5, T. 29, R 23 and the centerline of the <br />Minnesota Transfer Railroad R/W: thence Wily along <br />said south line 1210 feet: thence N'ly along a line <br />parallel to the north-south centerline of said Sec. 5 <br />approximately l300 feet to the SE R/W line of New <br />T.H. 8; thence NE'ly along said SE R/W line to the <br />north line of said Section 5: thence E'ly along said <br />north line to the centerline of Minnesota Transfer <br />Railway R/W7 thence SW'ly along said R/W centerline <br />to the south line of the North l/2 of said Sec. 5, <br />this point being the point of beginning. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear <br />and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated <br />above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 13, 1967. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Richard w.
