<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council of <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 20, 1967 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the village Hall on Monday, March 20, 1967, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goodrich, Grauel, and <br /> <br />Shields: and the following were absent: Cedarholm and Curley. <br /> <br />Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1788 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-10 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint <br />Paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasi- <br />bility of a proposed improvement consisting of the relocation and <br />repair of a major portion of Ramsey County Ditch 4 between its <br />outlet into Lake Johanna and its upper end at County Road B. Of <br />the two and three-quarter mile length of the existing ditch, <br />approximately one and one-half miles are proposed to be improved, <br />all lying north of Trunk Highway 36. The ditch will be recon- <br />structed in its present location for approximately 3,800 feet <br />between County Road C and the outlet, together with the installation <br />of necessary enlarged culver~ at street and highway crossings. <br />The balance of the work between County Road C and Fairview Avenue, <br />approximately 4,200 feet, consists of relocation and encasement of <br />the ditch within a large diameter underground storm sewer.
