The preliminary plans and specifications and estimate of cost as herein- <br />above set forth are hereb,y approved and said improvement shall hereafter be <br />entitled Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. II. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be held at the Alexander <br />Ramsey High School in said Village on Wednesday, the 19th day of MarCh, 1958 at <br />8:00 0' clock P.M. and the Village Clerk shall pUblish notice of the time and place <br />of hearing by two weeks publication in the Rose Tribune, the official newspaper <br />of the Village. <br /> <br />3. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement includes all of the <br />lots and parcels of land lying within the area encompassed by the following <br />territory within the Village of Roseville: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point which point is located at the center of Dale Street <br />200' north of its intersection with County Road "B"; thence easterly and <br />parallel with center line of County Road "B" 368'; thence northerly and <br />parallel with center line of Dale Street 563'; thence easterly and parallel <br />wi th center line of County Road "B" 184'; thence northerly and parallel <br />with center line of Dale Street approximately 450' to center line of State <br />
