<br />I2vve /Ifl <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 10, 1967 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 10th <br />day of April, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fo llowing members were present: t'.1ayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Curley, Gocxlrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Shields <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. 66-26 <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted March 13, 1967, which <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing N~tice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and the area proposed tc be assessed therefor, as <br />stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of <br />the notice, all persons present were afforded opportunity to <br />be heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing <br /> <br />and heard by the Council, and the substance of the views <br /> <br />presented by them were as follows: <br /> <br />No one appeared. <br />
