<br />. . After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement No. 66-26, <br /> <br />Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. J121- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />n~PROVEMENT NO. 66-26 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvement No. 66-26, consisting of the con- <br />struction of approximately 640r feet of water main and necessary <br />appurtenances on proposed Long Lake Road and private property <br />to the east as described in the notice of hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated to be approximately $75,300, and substantial- <br />ly in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to <br />the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of <br />the Village Manager; and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, <br />the Council does hereby determine and order that said improve- <br />ment shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments <br />shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and <br />that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include <br />the property as described in the notice of hearing; and that <br />Banister Engineering Co. is hereby directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the <br />construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Trustee _ Goodrich ,and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted aga inst: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
