<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />vi11ag~ Council of the Village of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Ball in said village on Monday, the 17th <br /> <br />day of April, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarho1m, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich and Grauel; and the following was absent: Shields <br /> <br />Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1800 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON STORM SEt.-JER n.wROVEMEl:~T NO. 67-9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Rosevi11e <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted December 12, 1966, the Council <br />has directed Banister Engineering Company to prepare a prelim- <br />inary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />consisting of the construction of a system of trunk and lateral <br />storm sewers serving the general area between the Northern <br />Pacific R. R. and Josephine Road and lying west of Lexington <br />Aven~e and east of Pascal Street. The system is proposed to <br />discharge through an outlet sew~r on Fernwood Street northerly <br />into Lake Josephine. The storm water collection and conveyance <br />system consists of approximately 13,000 feet of pipe, 12- <br />through 60" in size, together with necessary catch basins, inlets <br />and manholes. The foregoing system will collect the surface <br />drainage waters and runoff from the tributary area and will <br />convey the water in a generally easterly and northerly direction <br />
