Bunister Engineering was <br />also directed to include in the report the estimated cost <br />of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed <br />on file in the office of the Village Manager. The improvement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report <br />is designated as Storm Se\Jer Improvement No. 67-9. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the cafetorium in the <br />Alexander Ramsey School, 1261 West Highway 36, in said village. <br />on June 5, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of <br />holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, and the Manager is hereby authorized ana directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published t-wice in the official newspaper, R<:,_msey County <br />Suburban Life, which publications shall be a week apart, and <br />the second publication shall be not less than three days before <br />the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />
